Refund Policy

At Viewingg.com we understand that situations can change, and you may need to request a refund for a service you purchased. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines for each of our service offerings:

1. On-demand Basic Report:

No refunds are available for this service.

2. Tailored Basic Report

If the customer requests a refund before we have provided the service - even if less than 48 hours - we will refund completely.

In case the property changes status to sold subject to contract or under offer and we can't arrange a viewing, a full refund will be provided. 

3. Live stream & Basic Report

If the customer requests a refund before we have provided the service - even if less than 48 hours - we will refund completely.

4. Remote Offer Facilitation: 

Once the customer provides us with the documentation to initiate the process, there are no refunds regardless of the outcome of the offer. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
